If you want zero work pressure and go to the office to collect your salary it's a good place. No one would chase you for unfinished tasks. Best work life balance ever. Comfortable and flexible working schedule and very nice and friendly colleagues, atmosphere...

Cons

A lot of uncertainties and frustration getting things done. Works like a state firm with tortoise speed. No transparency inside. Not an established professional firm but rather disorganized and lack of standard procedures.
