The culture really needs to be improved. I dread being here and with recent budget cuts, they have a huge lack of employee appreciation if I'm being honest. You can tell nobody is motivated anymore. No growth opportunities

Leadership clearly does not car about the employees. Leadership rotate jobs every 6-12 months so they don't have to deal with their decisions. In the 9 years I have worked here, we have had 9 different VPs of my Business Unit. The new one comes in, yells at you for all the decisions of the previous VP, makes more short sighted decisions, and then leaves for a new job starting the cycle all over again. The environment is also toxic. Layoffs and cost cutting so the executives can hit their bonus targets is common. Contractors often are laid off for weeks with no notice at the end of the year so executives can hit their bonus.
