Nice people to work with Good Experience in new technology Good dental and vision but okay medical (high deductible)

Cons

No raise/ promotions in last 3 years Very less bonus (around 1%) Old style everything is excel Managers have their favorites when it comes to raise or promotions Do not value work but value show off

Some flexible work hours (depending on your manager), some events unless there are budget cuts, approachable leadership, good compensation

Cons

The culture really needs to be improved. I dread being here and with recent budget cuts, they have a huge lack of employee appreciation if I'm being honest. You can tell nobody is motivated anymore. No growth opportunities
