Everyone is very nice, clever and driven. The work is engaging and the problems to solve are interesting. You will get incredible experience here in a very short amount of time.
Cons
If you work on the research department you will work 13 hours a day usually minimum. There is no bonuses or incentives to work harder as well other than getting treated better if your make the job your life. The company is very ambitious but makes the deadlines often times impossible which can lead to a detriment in morale and quality of work.
