      Great company

      Pros

      This is a great company that supports employees with a very good management team. They take time to ensure that everyone is comfortable and knows what to do. They use a lot of technology to share information. They give some outlets for stress, have awesome HR resources, and work hard to build teams.

      Cons

      They do not give much time for CSRs to have time away from the daily work to learn new things. However, they are very open to ideas to improve. Can be a stressful job. While it is good to have people know the customer service side of the business first, six months to wait to move to another position seems unusually long.

We do celebrate the CSR Team and all of our teams, at our company wide meeting. There is a portion, dedicated to "celebrate" areas of our business every week.
