Pros

1. They care about their people. From the training you recieve to the amount of in-house resources available as an employee you can tell they invest in their workforce. 2. If you're looking to get started in Insurance and can't afford to learn or pay for licensing they will do it as part of training. I now have a Property and Casualty License in 47 states. 3. Flexibility, as a 24 hour contact center you have options in the shift you would like to work.

Cons

1. Pay, starting pay is not bad especially considering benefits and workload but raises were quite skimpy.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We look at our compensation package holistically. In 2023, we did not decrease in the insurance benefits covered; and only had a 1% premium increase to medical coverage; no increases to dental or vision insurance; and an increase to our 401K match. We also introduced new allowances for 2023 and a new service award bonus program. Along with the rollout of new training programs, and our ongoing support to all team members by two on-staff licensed mental health therapists as an employee benefit. Along with our company incentive bonus program for all non-commission-earning employees. We have and will continue to make sure we are offering our employees a great place to work and grow. Thanks again for your review.

Pros

An amazing culture with positive inclusive minds dedicated to the company mission! Collaborative team efforts that support and safeguard the Pro2A Community. Servant Leaders who are committed to transparency. Career growth is constant and is supported by an amazing Learning & Development Team. The total compensation package fosters a healthy work-life balance, flexible schedules, remote work options, and wellness programs. Along with that, the comprehensive benefits package includes many perks that can truly improve your holistic self. Core Values are honored and exercised within every conversation and with every decision made. They are the glue that holds this company together and allows for continued greatness.

Cons

None to share even as I enter my 7th year with the company!

Pros

Company is good, great benefits. They mean well but are growing rapidly and have a lot of growing pains. The training was partly beneficial, I was really upset and horrified that everyone in the field says to just “forget everything you learned in training”. They don’t teach the important things, and make a big deal on things you change completely in the field and it felt like hazing more than anything. Be prepared to not see your family and to have a lot of people not have direct answers to problems. But if you need to work with corporate employees, they are great.

Cons

Misalignment of values and job duties from the top down

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. From our Outside Sales Director: Delta Defense takes pride in having the best Sales Team in the business and much of this success comes from our commitment to continued personal and professional development. When a new Account Executive joins the organization, they participate in a one-week orientation and subsequently attend a one-week virtual training course followed by a one-week on-site training course at our headquarters in West Bend, Wisconsin. The training at headquarters is to make sure our Account Executives have the foundational knowledge to then continue to build upon once the Account Executive completes training and is operating within their territory. Every state and region and its nuances and it is important for Account Executives to incorporate the local needs within their selling approach. This includes adding your personal touches to what our Learning & Development Team provided in the initial training. As with any new skill, it will continue to improve as you continue to grow and learn. The primary work hours for Account Executives are nights and weekends and we understand that can be a challenge. We do our best to clearly articulate expectations during our interview process and in regular coaching conversations and ride-alongs with District Managers. One of our core values is “We deal with problems “Head On.” I encourage you to share your feedback and solutions in an upcoming skip-level meeting with your Regional Manager or an upcoming CEO or CSO chat. I will also be conducting sessions across the country with Account Executives and I hope you take me up on the opportunity to connect. Thank you for being part of Team Delta Defense.
