Lower level leadership and employees are very much drinking the Kool Aid, a little culty almost. When Biden got elected and civil unrest dropped so did sales, massively. Went from fielding 20+ calls a day to 3-5.

When we have a reduction in volume, there are excellent training opportunities and outbound opportunities for our employees to focus on.
