Thanks for taking the time to leave a review on your past employee experience with us. We agree, we are growing! We added almost 300 new team members in 2021 alone! With that kind of growth, there can be some some challenges in communication. We heard these concerns and responded. Therefore, we are rolling out a new company communication resource in January of 2022. We also have all of our Leadership share company updates at our weekly all company meeting.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We would like to mention that our pay raises are not only through promotion. We do have an annual review process for every employee. Recently at our weekly company meeting, we shared with the entire company our pay philosophy and pay markets for benchmarking. In addition, our CFO shares information on our company bonus program throughout the year. Here at Delta Defense, we are aware that team members have learned, and grown their careers and sometimes choose to move on and share their talents at a new job with a new company. While others choose to stay and grow here with us at Delta Defense. Either way, we always support a "growth mindset" and our team members in their journey.
