Hi there, First of all thanks for time and sharing. Your employee experience is not how we run and support our outside sales team. We do see you are a "former employee" so we would have hoped that you would have shared your concerns or frustrations during your time of employment. A few things we would like to share is that we are very clear that these roles are flexible but the role requires evenings and weekends. That is made very clear in our job descriptions, and interview processes for AE candidates. We don't hide that fact and it's a given from the start. 2. The Outside Sales team implemented 'No Meeting Mondays for Account Execs starting April 12th, 2021 to ensure our team members have a day off during the week. Some of our Team Members decide to choose and work 7 days a week to take advantage of our uncapped commission structure. However, that is for them to choose. 3. As of July 1st, the outside sales team has revamped our PTO structure for sales reps that incentivizes our sales people to take additional time off and use their PTO. Again, we thank you for your feedback and wish you success in the future.
