Sometimes there's a disconnect from HQ and the field.

Thanks for your review! We acknowledge that there can be disconnect from HQ to remote team members. We support team members with meetings at individual, team and company level on a weekly basis, so we can be aligned. We also have an annual National sales meeting that is multiple days, to allow the entire team to come together!
