Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and being part of our IT team! It's rewarding to hear that our team members appreciate their growth opportunities! We make efforts to foster a culture where every employee can contribute and be supported. Secondly, the feedback about the challenges new engineering employees may face when trying to understand our architecture is noted. We know there is a lot to learn as a new hire. We try to simplify and support our newest IT Team members. In 2023, we hosted IT Week at our headquarters and had some team reorganizations to help remove barriers. We're committed to continuously improving our processes and communications to ensure that team members are supported and can get up to speed as quickly as possible. Keep sharing your thoughts, feedback, and ideas with your manager. They help us understand where we're doing well and where we can improve. Together, we can continue to build a culture of growth, opportunity, and mutual support.
