-They care about the employees and give alot of avenues for self improvement -Management is really good and communication is good

Cons

Sales goals are increased to limit commission. two people were above the sales goals set and they changed the goals because of 2 people and not taking into consideration what the rest of the team averages.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. From our Inside Sales Manager: “We did roll out a new commission plan at the end of January of 2023, in which teams were informed about upcoming changes in November 2022. Yes, the goals were raised by 5% however the payout increased from 2% to a 5% payout. We actually increased the commission payout and a training session was provided to explain these changes and have questions answered. We are on track to have over 80% of the team earning commissions on the new plan, similar to the prior plan.” Please reach out and discuss any ongoing questions you may have with your supervisor or Inside Sales Manager. Pros

Delta Defense has the best culture of any company I’ve ever worked for. The people are incredible, and there is a concerted effort to ensure that this company is a place in which people want to have longevity. They’re always improving the employee experience and are genuinely concerned about having competitive benefits and perks.

Cons

The only con I can think of isn’t a con for me. If you aren’t a supporter of the second amendment, you are probably not going to be happy here in the long run. It doesn’t mean you have to be a “gun nut,” but at least a basic interest and support in self defense and firearms would be highly recommended.
