Pros

The only pro I can think of is the dental insurance benefit.

Cons

This company is so mismanaged I have no idea how it is afloat. Incompetent leaders are rewarded and promoted while the rest of the company is in a state of reorganization. Leaders are not held accountable for their poor decisions. There are constant layoffs and reorgs and ICs being held accountable for leader's mistakes. There are no opportunities for promotions, growth, or development if you aren't a director or VP.
