Great People

Pros

Delta does a great job at finding top talent. Great benefits and profit sharing.

Cons

Depending on your role, you will work well over 60 hours a week. Some people in director roles have "not so perfect" people skills and come across as very rude and hard to work for/with.

Pros

Great work/life balance, hybrid/remote work available, benefits are good, pay is great, the people I work with are kind and supportive.

Cons

As of right now, there aren't any downsides of working at DFC in my opinion. I have worked in public education and healthcare prior to this role, so I may have a slightly different perspective.

Great Work Life Balance

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

The people here are great to work with, there is no micromanagement, and the remote work option is fantastic. Change is very accepted, so if you have ideas on how to improve something those are received well, and action is taken to implement the changes. All employees are treated fairly.

Cons

There are a lot of channel conflicts, so it's just navigating the different priorities each team has, and what will ultimately bring in the most amount of revenue. I also can't speak for the employees who work in the facilities. HR is difficult to contact, and they frequently don't know the answers to questions about benefits.
