It is a job. there is not much else good to say about Delta Faucet. it is a job And that is about it.

Cons

the Greensburg plant page $5 to $6 more per hour for the same job as the Jackson plant and Greensburg employees gets a paid lunch break.

There will always be something to NOT be happy about, but at Delta Faucet I have been given the opportunity to make something better. Innovative thinking is encouraged and there is always a willingness to consider and accept change for the better.

Delta makes you do more work for less money.

They gave us 2 more vacation days off then previous managment.

Cons

They over work there employees. We get 2 eight minute breaks and 28 minutes for lunch. We have very physical jobs and only one day off a week and 9 to ten hour days is very difficult and very hard on your body.
