Delta Sys-Tech (India) Pvt. Ltd — Worst Company ever seen before. Useless company and their management people. Hello all, As per complaint subject Delta Sys-Tech (I) Pvt. Ltd, I would like to share some important information regarding this company. I would like to inform that Delta Sys-Tech (I) Pvt. Ltd which is located in Baroda, Gujarat is a big fraud company. The Company CEO/Owner Pawan Sharma from Haryana & Ramesh Singh from U.P. are big cheaters regarding SAP Services. They will say their office is in Delhi, Bangalore, Canada, UK. But there is not any such offices. They are not SAP Authorized partner and they said We have done big projects. That all fraud commitment. They are cheating with all students as well for SAP Training. They take 60000 for just training and 2 lac for 100% job guarantee, but they will not provide proper training and there is no project or job after training. they just do dummy in house project with zero experienced consultants. This company hire people on their payroll and keep them for 6 to 8 months with them and after that they kick off saying that they don't have any projects and due to not generating any revenue. Mr. Ramesh Singh who is so called Director of Delta India doesn't have any knowledge of SAP, Marketing, Accounts, Management, hence director of Delta because he is the friend of Pawan Sharma (owner) in air force. He is not doing any kind of work in office timing and drawing 75, 000 Rs salary/pm. He deserve only Rs 5, 000 salary!! These guys do their personal works in office timing and then tell other employees to wait for meeting late even after office hours as Pawan Sharma get only from USA for useless meeting. In that meeting both Pawan & Ramesh don't listen to candidate and go on telling useless things only. They compare their company with all MNC like IBM/Wipro/TCS etc. But thing is this is not a company but its a Sharma family business. Please be aware from this hopeless company. If you can't trust me just listen them and do background search. Their website is also fraud. I want to just aware the people from this company. At the end It always people's choice, what to do. If you want to spoil your future, you can join Delta. Instead of talking about performance, management have interest in personal life, very toxic environment. They don't even know the concept of employee retaining policy even if you are doing well. Third class management, doesn't even deserve 1 rating. They don't even provide relieving letter so no worth if you spent couple of years in Delta, illegal practice happens, they don't even value their own words and commitment, policy changes everytime_greater then speed of light.
