      Pros

      Work hard and hard work will be rewarded. Ownership will promote from within if you are a driven worker who shows ability and determination. It is a great company to grow with. Staffing is consistently evolving and Delta T Group looks to change with those times.

      Cons

      If you are not self driven, dependable and you do not like to work within a team atmosphere this place is not for you.

      They will get you good paying gigs.

      Cons

      You have to work at your assigned place for 780 hours. By the end of that time, the assigned company doesn't buy your contract out.
