      It's a job where you clock in, make other people look good/earn commission/clock out.

      Cons

      No 1:1s, performance reviews, or office gatherings/meetings. If youre looking for a team atmosphere, keep looking. You basically get hounded on your metrics just so you can make others look good. The people you bring in make others commission, not you. If you accept a job here, be prepared to be frustrated a few months in when others make commission for people you identify, credential, and find a placement for. Not you.

      Paid on time, that is it...

      Cons

      They kept asking for references and I gave them lots of them but, some of the people had retired, I am older starting back in the work force...can't help that I don't have alot of references...They kept harrassing me for more people, i don't know where these retired educators now live....always had work but they sent me across the state to work....long drive and no compensation for gas...
