      Pros

      Decent salary. You can take off tons of days and make your own hours. You don't need a degree. A GED will suffice. You can be disrespectful and get away with it, even if its a supervisor. You can get it with a positive drug test. You can be there for 2 plus years and not meet numbers and still keep your job!

      ALL of the above if you are actually a decent employee!

      Pros

      Choice of schools to work at, above average compensation, workers compensation taken once a month, payroll lady keeps accurate records, the staff replies to all emails sent and will give a courtesy call if need be.

      Cons

      Paying your own taxes for a long term assignment will eat a lot of your savings in IL where taxes are in the top 5 of highest taxed states.
