      Pros

      Awesome hours. You can work as many or as little hours as youd like. plus if a place likes you they can choose to hire you on with them after you work x amount of hours through delta.

      Cons

      Being and independent contractor means no taxes get taken out so make sure you save up for the end of the year bc you owe, but at the same time your houry rate is nice.

      Good location in Bryn Mawr next to Wawa and close to Main St,

      Look at these fake reviews below haha. Direct Care worker Pros: Awesome work and work constantly. Cons: no cons I like my job. Most people here are berated by upper management who have no clue what they're doing. They treat you like a child and while some staff is younger, they're doing it to full grown adults as well. THE ONLY reason you won't see turnover is from upper management who make good $$ and put up with the owners. They then take these demands and being berated by the owners out on the teams who do the actual work.
