      Pros

      Really great team of people who work there. Amazing, since everything else about the company is so terrible.

      Cons

      Poor management, unsustainable business model. Consultants are all on 1099, which means they have to pay their own taxes and get no benefits. When you are dealing with a highly specialized line of business, such as education, this is a tough sell, particularly in a state where teachers are unionized. Business model does not lend itself to unions, collective bargaining agreements, or otherwise and it is difficult for recruiters to find a higher caliber of candidates to meet educational institution needs. Also, management is belittling and verbally abusive to staff.

      Pros

      New to the position - reviewing posts about the company to see what I can do to help make it better...the contractors do have voices, you just need to speak. Great work environment and staff - very friendly contractors. Happy to be an addition to the WPA office

      Coming up with a single pro took me a while because there aren't many. The only thing I could think of were flexible hours.

      Cons

      Low pay...actually, that's not completely true- salary depends on if the boss likes you or not...not how hard you work, if you had a degree, nothing. Just all on if he liked you and you were loyal to him; no room for growth; very high turn-over rate; no one appreciates the work you do; management either is super strict and breathing down your neck all of the time or doesn't even know you exist depending on which department you work in; expensive/crappy insurance;
