What I like most about the hiring and onboarding process is that the recruiter was very accommodating with my questions about the job description and compensation. The training period was smooth because of the modules and approachable mentors. My team was very welcoming, and my manager is very supportive. Aside from the better benefits, I think what sets Deltek apart from my previous employer is that the company supports career growth by providing courses on LinkedIn paid for by the company. We also have quarterly events with prizes. The perks and benefits I like the most are the medical reimbursements and the 14th-month bonus.
