Pros
Deltek is pro-employee. It always makes sure that aside from sales and clients, its employees are well taken care of in terms of recognition of work contributions, compensation, bonuses and upskilling according to your own development plan. You get yearly increase and promotion and 14th month pay too. The health benefits is also great!
Cons
They have a feedback system that allows people to submit feedbacks for a co-worker that made a mishap so that it won't happen again. Though submitted in managerial level - it will still be discussed within the team. Everyone is honest. Its a con for people that "feels" everything emotionally and not professionally.
