No weekend work. Overtime is not encourage. Very accommodating recruiting team. Very welcoming team. Cool bosses. Professional growth. 14th month pay! 2 free dependents on HMO. There are a lot more pros joining Deltek but I can't say them one-by-one. Just join us and experience the #HappyAtDeltek culture. There's this one time we had a life talks session with my team mate and I cried because I'm too happy I'm finally here.
