      1. Employee care benefits for PH employees are competitive, w/ 3 free HMO dependents, medical/optical reimbursement. 2. Fun activities for employees like project nation, team building, employee appreciation day, anchor days, year end party, etc 3. Leave conversion 4. Performance Bonus 5. Manager meetings one on one for both project and non project related.

      Cons

      Not so competitive salary increase for promotion, just a little bit higher for the usual yearly increase.
