      Work life balance is amazing; great workplace and culture; internal hiring and job opportunities for promotion; above industry level salary; lots of benefits like 13th and 14th month pay and more

      Pros

      Work Life Balance is great since every other Friday is a half day. This was implemented during COVID to address Mental Health Issues and carried through permanently.

      Cons

      Salary and benefits is alright. But other companies have become more competitive.
