Pros

Hands-down benefits are good. Hybrid work set-up started even before the pandemic for Deltek in PH. Medical allowances, quarterly bonuses, 14th month pay, good medical and dental coverage. Semi-flexible work arrangement (depends on manager)

Cons

Career growth is dependent on the product that you are in and whether the team has already been established. If you apply and you are set to be in the Level 3 or Level 4 it will take some time for you to be promoted. Since most teams already has their TLs or seniors in the team.
