      Very solid company (no layoffs) Pretty good benefits (every other Friday is a half-day) Good transparency Good opportunities for advancement

      Pay is lower than I've experienced but quotas are attainable so opportunity to make more is realistic Benefits are a little old school - no stock option offering for my role, nothing different out out of the box Product isn't very exciting - needs a facelift but customers seem to love it Sees to be a bit of a boy's club
