      Pros

      Technical team "real workers" are smart and committed. Also a good place if you want to be micromanaged and belittled by higher level managers on a regular basis.

      Cons

      Leadership is the worst I've experienced in a long career. In my experience, every engineering/technical VP seemed to use techniques from at least 30 years ago, with apparent expertise in micromanaging and making teammates feel worthless. Despite communicating these issues up through the management ranks, no changes were made to improve the situation.
