1. Work Life Balance is Good. 2. Permanent Work from home 3. Manager and Colleagues are really good. They respects you and your decisions and encourages you to do things which you want. 4. Organization looks stables because in my team there are folks who are with deltek from last 20-25 years. 5. CTC structure . leave policies also good.
