Pros

I love that the reporting structure has nothing to do with who you can ask for assistance. I can reach across the entire company for support, and they willingly provide it.

Cons

Sometimes working remotely can be isolating. For an introvert, that requires mustering up the courage to proactively reach out to team members, which can be draining after a while.
