Pros

Good understanding with both employees and employer. Here we have no micromanagement kind of stuff. We have a fun filled environment parallel to work. We are the owners of our work.

Cons

As i have been seeing Delviom for almost a couple of years i have not seen a single employee leaving office with any kind of disappointment.

The best place I have ever worked. Complete transparency and complete freedom. Great benefits and company culture is top notch. Senior management is totally supportive and helps in all aspects. No pressure and no micro management. Friendly environment and great place to work. Great Work culture, Best of talented colleagues. I can say I am happy and blessed to be a part of Delviom family.
