Great People, Low Pay, Bad Benefits, Lack of Holidays

Pros

Some of the greatest people I have ever worked with and for, managers are all very nice people and your coworkers are fun and extremely positive.

Cons

Pay is by far on the lower side as compared to the industry, most federal holidays are not provided as days off, medical benefits are lackluster
