I was entry level when starting and found myself in a new challenge regularly for the first 2-3 years. I was a hard worker and recognized by executive level management with generous bonuses and even prestigious awards. Great base pay and room to negotiate pay when work ethic is proven.
Cons
Middle Management was not well vetted and were lower performers Benefits are below par
