Pros
The employee community at Dematic has always been its strongest pull for myself and many of my coworkers in this company. There is a lot of freedom with your time while in the office as long as you are getting your work done and have shown a good quality of work. The direct management team has always been very responsive and great to work with.
Cons
Dematic has a tendency to overwork their employees due to high volumes of sales with a lessening pool of workers. Upper management isn't always looking out for the betterment of their ground-working employees, which can be seen by more than a few of their policies. It's also pretty hard to have a good work-life balance when your travel hovers between 30-40%.
