Big company benefits, Organized structure for AutoCAD and programming

Cons

For Lisle, IL (Chicago) Location: The culture is very unprofessional and amateur among employees. Lot of office politics and ametuer behavior to gain advantage. Micro management from the managers. Travel is too much Bad place to start for entry level and junior engineers. Senior engineers are not helpful Manager doesn't spend money on employees and claim big bonus in the end

It can be fulfilling to take a project from bringing to end. Laid back office environment depending on where you work.

Cons

Pay is below average. Constant drive to "Go global" despite how poorly things have gone so far. Outsourcing CAD work... To Egypt... Yes, Egypt of all places. Outsourcing manufacturing to Mexico.
