Pros
The work life balance is good, hours are generally flexible, the office provided snacks and drinks as well as lunches on certain occasions, benefits are okay, and there is a small 401k matching program
Cons
The pay is becoming less competitive with the Austin market, the operations research department changes organizational structure every 6 months and leadership roles are constantly being moved around. Overall, it's a hard company to move up or really succeed at.
