Pros
Most roles are remote and work from home with secondary employment seems to be very common.
Cons
Not an ethical employer. The company has virtually no diversity in management. Definitely a red flag as the company does not reflect the wider American demographic. Business is also very static with little opportunities to learn. Tech stack is old and the company is risk adverse to trying new technologies. The German culture seems to be well entrenched and Americans don't have much say in the direction of the company.
