Pros
The management groups that I have worked with at Dematic care about hearing from employees and making changes to improve employee satisfaction. Salary is competitive and benefits are pretty good (including parental leave and decent PTO). Training for most groups seems thorough and there is a culture of willingness to help and work together as a team.
Cons
Dematic seems a little behind on bringing new technology to market. It's a much larger org with strict processes that make it difficult to be agile in offering new solutions to customers. There are efforts to correct this, but it is slow going.
