Pros

Remote work allowed, able to travel to sites and work amongst other people and learn a lot.

Cons

Bad pay, no work life balance, management expects you to work but has nothing to give in return. Their company quarterly meeting consist of nothing but upper management dodging the important questions of under compensation and over worked employees by saying ‘we are learning and are working on it’. Cut OT about a year ago.

Being able to work on every aspect of a project from beginning to end of project.

Cons

Traveling and expecting to work on site for 10+ hours with a small bonus that doesn't cover the fact we are over worked on site.
