      Pros

      Good Pay. Good Benefits. Every year I get 1 or 2 percent 401k bonus. They match 100 percent up to 6%. Buy me about 500 dollars worth of clothes every year. Buy your shoes. Pay for your prescription glasses. A lot of crybabies on here. IBEW 1531

      May have to travel for advancement.

      Pros

      Nice office and friendly people. Most of the engineers are extremely helpful to their peers. Allows work from home.

      Cons

      The company has lost its focus. Hired too many people too fast in 2020-21 and business tanked. Layoffs, unfavorable policy changes (stopped immigration sponsorships forcing people to leave on their own) have been common. The pay scale is below market. Too much on site travels.

      Their gonna being hiring soon, so maybe opportunity

      Cons

      They used to have some side perks, like being able to use sick pay just like vacation days, but they are closing all of those benefits up under new management, and have froze raises and promotions and have been hiring out of company for new management
