- Able to apply Mechatronic schooling to the job - Paid to travel - Strong emphasis on safety - Great place for any starting Mechatronic/Mechanical/Electrical technician

Cons

- Per diem is not as competitive as other companies out there - Some sites are difficult to find decent living accommodations - Being away from home - Volatile job market due to the decreasing number of Amazon project sales - Leadership personnel within the company, at some work sites, may endure high levels of stress and burnout throughout their career

Benefits are great, HR really cares for the employees. Very flexible in how you want to work, either in the office or remotely. Career development opportunities. All departments always are willing to help and guide you.

Cons

Even though the work is great, at the leadership/executive level there are a lot of politics going on. The way decisions on projects and teams are made is very strange.
