They are in an industry that will always have work.
Cons
HR couldn't care less about the actual people that do the work. It is all about the bottom line and lining the pockets of those far above the average employee. The pay is abysmal, and the benefits are average despite what HR thinks. Employees are overworked without being paid overtime.
