Horrible management. They are hiring management from outside the company who have no experience in the material handling industry. Cannot keep good talent. Recently have let go of several highly experienced engineers. HR only sees you as a number, not as a colleague. Morale is extremely low. Used to be a great company, but has gone downhill ever since we were bought by Kion.
