Pros

The environment is clean, which was one of the stupid reasons to choose this company in the first place.

Cons

1. The clerical work and the system are all manual, with no improvement due to manager-level limited abilities. and it takes 2-3days to get things done which needs only 10 minutes, extremely backward so can pretend to be busy every day. 2. Some of the manager level even not clear of those finance basic calculations, and the subordinates need all kinds of help to clean the leader's litter behind. Your mistakes are yours, and your boss's mistakes are also yours... 3. The HR and manager level work together, grab candidates with increasing salary when in need, and when not in need, will lay off employees for trivial things such as mistakes managers makes every day to terminate innocent candidates. 4. Be careful that if it's the contract position from the first beginning, do not accept the offer even though they change it to perm for you, it's a deception, to use perm salary to find contract employees and use it temporarily. 5. The company has no teaching materials and no formal training. 6. The company's technology and prices are becoming less competitive, and the manager level is to shirk responsibility if any. no profit is also one of the reasons need to terminate candidates for cost control.

Benefits are decent Direct management cares Flexible work schedule within reason Seeming stability (at least for my position)

Cons

-Pay not reflective of experience/skill/product knowledge/specific region. -Limited vertical growth potential, only horizontal to different positions -Middle management care more about appearances to upper management and power points than their employees. Not attentive to differing employees under them and group them as a whole despite differing specialties. -Upper management tend to talk a lot without saying anything of substance. Dismiss employee concerns as baseless and insisting on their correct course using flowery vague wording. -Excessive investment into German counterparts despite repeated difficulties and failures. It's ultimately a German company and the bias is strong despite the US being a substantial market that is serviced primarily by US products.
