      Good people to work with Challenging and fun projects

      Pay raise gets slow after you worked for them for a few years. A lot of business trips that last for months and even night shifts.

      The team I work with is great. Good working environment.

      Cons

      Work life balance is non-existent at this company. Management shows no desire to fairly compensate employees as they have routinely refused to match cost of living increases. They claim to base pay off of the industry instead of making an effort to be an industry leader when it comes to employee care.
