      This company is always evolving and it's right in the middle of the e-commerce growth, so you'll never lack opportunities

      Cons

      It was a big compamny already and Kion wants to change way to many things. Also, a lot of leadership just came from GE and they want to change everything at the same time, no planning at sight. Pay is bad.
