Pros

Lots of career opportunities, good benefits, well established and stable company, lots of different technology supported, employee friendly company. With world-wide locations, plenty of opportunities for travel and new experiences. Get to work with some very big name customers.

Cons

Internal IT department doesn't appear to plan things well, everything is off the cuff and can sometimes impact operations. They don't coordinate well, make unannounced changes, and don't take impact to mission into consideration.
