      Pros

      Nice office and friendly people. Most of the engineers are extremely helpful to their peers. Allows work from home.

      Cons

      The company has lost its focus. Hired too many people too fast in 2020-21 and business tanked. Layoffs, unfavorable policy changes (stopped immigration sponsorships forcing people to leave on their own) have been common. The pay scale is below market. Too much on site travels.

      Pros

      Excellent Managers, encouraged to grow your career, variation in work, great teams and coworkers, allowed to remain remote even after Covid calmed

      Cons

      Literally just pay. You don't get the bonus until you're a L3 - I am still an L2 even with 7 years of experience in the industry. I am making at least 25% less than my peers in the same field, and it's common knowledge that the only way to make more money is to leave and come back. Even their internal promotions offer significantly less than if you were to come in for the same job but externally.

      Excellent work environment, managers take into consideration your efforts and work achievements to raise your job level and raise your salary. The firm gives the work-life balance the importance it deserves.

      Salary could be better, and there could be more benefits
