      Performance evaluation should include confidential top management rating by direct reports going straight to the next upper management level above each subject.

      Good people to work with great vacation package ability to see the world and tons of long travel trips

      Cons

      Leadership is not well placed people like to stay in own sandbox. They are not willing to work together and extermly hard to get anything done with all the complaining about others
